Confidentiality and Data Protection
Confidential Information
The Employee must keep Confidential Information strictly confidential during and after employment, use it only for authorised purposes, not disclose it except to persons who need to know and are bound by confidentiality, and may disclose it only if required by law after giving prompt notice where lawful.
Information Security
The Employee must follow all security, access control, password, device, records retention and incident-reporting requirements.
