Mpho Rakometsi
Mpho Rakometsi is the Chief Executive Officer and Co Founder of Clause AI. A qualified Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, he founded the company with a vision of making quality legal services more accessible while leveraging technology to modernise the delivery of legal solutions.
Having advised clients across commercial, employment, civil, and contractual matters, Mpho recognised that many entrepreneurs and growing businesses struggled to access professional legal services because of cost. This insight became the driving force behind Clause AI and continues to shape the company's mission and direction.
As CEO, Mpho leads the company's strategic vision while ensuring that every legal document and solution offered through Clause AI is developed with South African businesses and South African law at its core. His legal expertise has been instrumental in creating a platform that businesses can trust and that law firms can rely on to improve efficiency and deliver greater value to their clients.
